Speaker permit required documents

Within the United Arab Emirates it is mandatory to request a permit for any kind of exhibition, workshop, conference or seminar.

As event organizer of VIV MEA 2025 Exhibition and the Conference & Seminar Program we will apply for the permit and handle all VIV MEA seminars as one conference program to minimize the administration and to prevent that each seminar needs to be registered separately.

For this permit application we need some very specific information from each speaker. This does not apply for the moderator or MC of your seminar. Please see below the list of required documents.

The speaker permits must be submitted and approved 4 weeks prior to the show.

We need to receive the required documents soonest but not later than Friday 10 October 2025 to be able to apply for the speaker permit in time.

If we do not receive the requested documents before the deadline, we cannot guarantee that your presentation can take place and/or your speaker is allowed to present.
