VIV MEA has the pleasure to welcome the whole Middle East and Africa to join this truly inter-regional event. Egypt and Saudi Arabia will be the two countries of honor for this edition that will not only receive a special welcome at the show, but will also be presented with enriched opportunities to take the center stage and connect with suppliers and KOL from the entire MENA region. Trading and investing in the region can be taken to another level thanks to the dedicated seminars. Every edition VIV MEA identifies new countries of honor and boost the relations in the region with dedicated programs for them.
VIV MEA Preview in Cairo
On route to Abu Dhabi the VIV MEA 2020 caravan stopped in Cairo on January 19th. Around 50 Industry leaders, covering more than half of the Egyptian poultry and other animal production, attended the official show preview, organised by VIV worldwide in close collaboration with MEAP-Middle East Agrifood Publishers.
Speakers as (former) vice minister of agriculture in Egypt Prof. Dr. Mona Mehrez, Dr. Nabil Darwish, president of the Egyptian Poultry Association, Mr. Tony Freijeh, CEO of Wadi Group and Dr. Abdel Hakim, president of the Veterinary Department of the Ministry of Agriculture, Mr. Ghassan Sayegh, President of MEAP, zoomed in on hot topics such as biosecurity and other topics that will be featured at VIV MEA 2020.
